New Nokia Phones Debut at CeBit 08

At the ongoing CeBit 2008 in Hanover in Germany, Nokia has introduced the Nokia 6650 and the Nokia 6124 Classic; a case of old wine in a new bottle (old model numbers with ‘Classic’ thrown in) or simply superstition on the part of the Finnish phone maker.

Ironically, a Nokia 6650 was launched at the CeBit 2003; one of the first 3G phones on the market. Nevertheless, the “new” Nokia 6650 (teamed-up with carrier T-Mobile) is a clamshell with wireless connectivity and multimedia features.
